Metallica al Fillmore 2011: scarica il doppio-dvd creato dai fan!

Durante quelle quattro "notti magiche" del Dicembre 2011, quando i Metallica suonavano sul palco del Fillmore di San Francisco e festeggiavano trent'anni di carriera con una miriade di ospiti, tutti pregavano "speriamo ci sia un dvd!" - ed in effetti, alcuni cartelli in sala segnalavano che tutti gli show sarebbero stati filmati per questo scopo. Ma se non potete aspettare, e se non vi sono bastate le due ore di filmati ufficiali postate dai Metallica, arriva in vostro aiuto l'ingegno e la perizia dei Milanica Channel, un canale YouTube che si propone (con successo!) di diventare il miglior canale dedicato ai Metallica mai creato.

Come già in altre occasioni, MilanicaChannel ha recuperato da un po' ovunque filmati amatoriali e tracce audio di buon livello, e con un titanico lavoro di editing li ha messi insieme, montati, e trasformati in un doppio dvd, scaricabile liberamente da tutti i fan.
Si tratta di un totale di 14 giga, da scaricarsi con moooolta calma tramite rapidshare o file torrent. Altri host arriveranno a breve grazie ad altri volontari (si suppone che megaupload e fileserve non verranno usati!).
Il lavoro di MilanicaChannel è veramente immenso, con tanto di trailer (che potete vedere qui di seguito), e materiale per stampare la copertina del dvd e le etichette per i dischi.
Il video si apre con un disclaimer: questi dvd sono frutto del lavoro di appassionati, non sono 'ufficiali', sono un ottimo prodotto amatoriale nell'attesa del dvd ufficiale. Si spera che i Metallica (e i loro avvocati) non si arrabbino troppo... e anzi si chiede un loro parere, nel caso vedessero mai il prodotto!

Quindi, passiamo al download: bisogna scaricarsi tutto, poi unirlo in un file .iso, masterizzarlo, e metterlo le lettore dvd per godersi il tutto. Lavoro lungo e magari complicato, ma sicuramente ne vale la pena. Ecco il trailer!
